Project Details

Quantico is a United States Marine Corps installation located near Triangle, Virginia, covering nearly 55,148 acres (86.169 sq mi) of southern Prince William County, Virginia, northern Stafford County, and southeastern Fauquier County.

We designed and implemented to conform to the requirements in the FRP Region MATOC, the performance work statement, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and all work plans and submittals. We presented a completed description of the planning, assessment, and demolition process as applied to the facilities. Other personnel required on-site included Site Safety and Health Officer and Quality Control Manager. Every effort was made to ensure abatement, demolition, and site restoration was accomplished to facilitate the completion of the higher priority structures before the lower priority structures.

16 facility structures were demolished including:

  • Potable Water Pump Station
  • Building B-3080
  • Down Range Club
  • Game Check Station
  • a WTBN Exchange
  • 8 Storage Buildings (Chop Annex)
