We operate a certified radiochemistry laboratory at a comprehensive oil and gas (O&G) waste facility in Friendly, West Virginia. The lab uses heavily shielded HPGE systems to analyze a wide range of radioisotopes including NORM and TENORM constituents. The lab is an exciting and natural extension of our continuous support for the NORM and TENORM markets across the U.S.. We are certified for gamma spectroscopy by the State of West Virginia, approved by the State of Ohio, and in the process of becoming Pennsylvania and NELAP accredited. The laboratory offers 24-hour turnaround and 10-day turnaround for total radium analysis and other gamma-emitting NORM/TENORM isotopes.

SECUR Ben's Run Materials Management Facility

The Ben's Run Materials Management Facility is the first of its kind in West Virginia to accept and process TENORM-containing liquids, sludges, and solids.

WV-registered facility specially designed and constructed by SECUR for the management of gas and oilfield materials
Dedicated, enclosed buildings for the management of solids, sludges and liquids for separation, solidification and repackaging for transport to offsite disposal facilities
All processing and storage areas have secondary containment to safeguard the environment

Onsite CSX rail service allows materials to be shipped by rail rather than over the road to long-distance disposal facilities
